  • 2001年獲武漢大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2007年獲中科院上海生科院健康科學(xué)研究所博士學(xué)位,2008至2013年在美國(guó)安德森癌癥中心(MD Anderson Cancer Center)做博士后研究,并成為奧德賽學(xué)者(Odyssey Fellow)。2013年8月起擔(dān)任中科院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所研究員,研究組長(zhǎng),博士生導(dǎo)師。

    研究工作:
  • 細(xì)胞代謝是維持生命活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ),而腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展與代謝重塑緊密相關(guān)。為了適應(yīng)自身基因突變和外部環(huán)境變化(如營(yíng)養(yǎng)供給、免疫狀態(tài)及飲食習(xí)慣等),腫瘤細(xì)胞會(huì)靈活調(diào)整代謝路徑,以獲取快速增殖所需的物質(zhì)、能量,并維持內(nèi)部氧化還原平衡。值得注意的是,某些基因突變還會(huì)導(dǎo)致代謝中間產(chǎn)物異常堆積,這些物質(zhì)可進(jìn)一步影響細(xì)胞內(nèi)的信號(hào)傳遞與基因表達(dá),從而促進(jìn)腫瘤生長(zhǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)移,甚至導(dǎo)致治療抵抗。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室聚焦于腫瘤代謝調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究,旨在探索代謝相關(guān)的生物標(biāo)志物和潛在治療靶點(diǎn),為癌癥的精準(zhǔn)防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)與新策略。

    課題組聚焦以下三個(gè)研究方向:

    1. 代謝物的信號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)功能
    2. 腫瘤發(fā)生、轉(zhuǎn)移及免疫逃逸的代謝調(diào)控機(jī)制
    3. 腫瘤營(yíng)養(yǎng)及靶向干預(yù)策略
