  • 　　1932年4月生。1952年畢業(yè)于同濟(jì)大學(xué)化學(xué)系，1959年獲蘇聯(lián)莫斯科醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院生物與醫(yī)學(xué)研究所副博士學(xué)位。1981-1982年以及1987年、1995年分別于美國Purdue 及Notre Dame大學(xué)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流。曾擔(dān)任數(shù)屆國際《血栓研究》雜志的編委，現(xiàn)任《中國科學(xué)》,《生物化學(xué)與生物物理學(xué)報(bào)》及其他國內(nèi)多種學(xué)術(shù)期刊的編委?，F(xiàn)兼同濟(jì)大學(xué)蛋白質(zhì)研究所所長及化學(xué)系主任。1999年被評(píng)為中國科學(xué)院院士，2001年被評(píng)為第三世界科學(xué)院院士。曾獲中科院自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)一次，二等獎(jiǎng)三次，國家自然科學(xué)三等獎(jiǎng)二次。1981年慕尼黑國際激肽會(huì)議獲優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)及其他省、部級(jí)多次科技獎(jiǎng)。1993年曾被評(píng)為中國科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師。

    研究工作：

  • 　　長期以來從事活性多肽及酶蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的研究，利用蛋白質(zhì)工程技術(shù)研究結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的關(guān)系。有關(guān)蛋白酶抑制劑，蝎及芋螺多肽神經(jīng)毒素以及與凝血纖溶有關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)的研究居國際前沿。曾從不同植物中分離純化了三種不同類型的蛋白酶抑制劑，闡明了它們的蛋白質(zhì)、基因及晶體結(jié)構(gòu)，確定了活性中心位置，其中多功能雙頭慈菇蛋白酶抑制劑是屬于新的抑制劑家族。利用多肽合成，蛋白酶限止性降解及蛋白質(zhì)工程等手段研究了它們的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的關(guān)系。在基因水平上闡明了異常人血清白蛋白及血小板無力癥遺傳性疾病的基因缺陷。對(duì)凝血因子Ⅷ及vWF因子進(jìn)行了基因克隆，并在哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞中獲得表達(dá)，申請(qǐng)了生產(chǎn)重組凝血因子Ⅷ的專利。90年代以來又開展研究蝎及芋螺毒腺中各種離子通道及神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)受體的神經(jīng)毒素,發(fā)現(xiàn)了多種結(jié)構(gòu)全新的神經(jīng)毒素。此外在豬肝中分離純化了與體內(nèi)重要生理功能相關(guān)的天然蛋白質(zhì)前體加工酶的抑制劑。
