  • 2011年畢業(yè)于河北經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué); 2018年畢業(yè)于中科院計(jì)算生物學(xué)研究所,獲計(jì)算生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位;2018年12月至2024年6月于芝加哥大學(xué)從事博士后研究; 于2024年7月起任中科院分子細(xì)胞科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心 (生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所) 研究員,研究組長(zhǎng),博士生導(dǎo)師。

    研究工作:
  • 非編碼RNA及其化學(xué)修飾是基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的核心調(diào)節(jié)因子,它們?cè)赗NA與蛋白質(zhì)、DNA及其他RNA等生物大分子的相互作用中起著關(guān)鍵作用。這種相互作用對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)染色質(zhì)重塑和基因轉(zhuǎn)錄活化至關(guān)重要, 從而影響一系列生物學(xué)過(guò)程。通過(guò)結(jié)合表觀轉(zhuǎn)錄組學(xué)、表觀遺傳學(xué)、基因組學(xué)和計(jì)算生物學(xué)等交叉學(xué)科的優(yōu)勢(shì),采用干濕實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的研究方法,我們將:

    (1)深入探索非編碼RNA及其化學(xué)修飾在染色質(zhì)重塑和基因轉(zhuǎn)錄活化中的調(diào)控模式、機(jī)制和生物學(xué)功能。

    (2)解析非編碼RNA及其化學(xué)修飾在神經(jīng)退行性疾病和癌癥等人類重大疾病中異常代謝的成因與后果,及其在免疫治療中的作用與機(jī)制。

    (3)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)整合和深度數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,研究非編碼RNA的命運(yùn)決定模式。
