  • 2011年畢業(yè)于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),獲學(xué)士學(xué)位; 2018年于中國科學(xué)院上海巴斯德研究所(現(xiàn)上海免疫與感染研究所)獲博士學(xué)位;2019年至2024年在斯坦福大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院從事博士后研究;于2024年9月起任中科院分子細(xì)胞科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心(生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所)研究員,研究組長,博士生導(dǎo)師。

    研究工作:
  • 肝臟是人體重要的代謝和免疫器官,而病毒、酒精和代謝導(dǎo)致的慢性肝病影響著超過4.47億的中國居民。細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)(extracellular matrix, ECM) 的改變是慢性肝病誘發(fā)的肝纖維化、肝硬化和肝癌等多種肝臟疾病的重要表現(xiàn)。細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)是由細(xì)胞分泌并在組織中圍繞在其周圍,多種生物活性分子組成的,動態(tài)變化的組織支架。細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)生化成分和機(jī)械力學(xué)的動態(tài)變化對于確定其周圍細(xì)胞的作用和命運(yùn)至關(guān)重要。

    我們的研究交叉融合了機(jī)械力學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、免疫學(xué)等領(lǐng)域,將利用小鼠模型、3D水凝膠體外培養(yǎng)模型、臨床樣本,結(jié)合原子力顯微鏡和流變儀力學(xué)測量,顯微光學(xué)成像,多組學(xué)、單細(xì)胞及其它高通量測序等研究手段,從細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的成分和機(jī)械力學(xué)兩個(gè)層面上探索肝臟內(nèi)多種細(xì)胞與微環(huán)境的相互作用,并解析慢性肝病及腫瘤進(jìn)展中的分子機(jī)制,包括(但不限于)以下研究方向:

    1. 探索不同肝臟疾病中細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的動態(tài)變化及其對疾病進(jìn)展的影響,為肝臟疾病診斷和治療提供新的策略。

    2. 開發(fā)不同機(jī)械力學(xué)特性和成分的3D水凝膠體外培養(yǎng)模型,用于探索肝臟疾病中多種細(xì)胞間的交互作用,為肝臟疾病尋找新的藥物靶點(diǎn)。
