  •   1993年復(fù)旦大學(xué)微生物系畢業(yè),獲學(xué)士學(xué)位。1999年德國Free University Berlin畢業(yè),獲碩士學(xué)位。2003年德國Justus-Liebig-University Giessen畢業(yè),獲博士學(xué)位。2008年回國后,任中科院上海生科院生化與細(xì)胞所研究員,研究組長。

    研究工作:
  •   RNA結(jié)合蛋白是一類能夠結(jié)合單鏈或雙鏈RNA的蛋白質(zhì)。越來越多的實驗結(jié)果表明RNA結(jié)合蛋白參與了RNA代謝過程中幾乎各個步驟,在各種生命活動中發(fā)揮重要功能。RNA結(jié)合蛋白編碼基因的突變、擴(kuò)增、缺失或者RNA結(jié)合蛋白的表達(dá)與性質(zhì)變化與許多人類疾病密切相關(guān)。我們通過采用多學(xué)科手段,探索RNA結(jié)合蛋白調(diào)控基因表達(dá)的分子機(jī)制以及在人類疾病中這些機(jī)制是如何失調(diào)的。我們特別關(guān)注RNA結(jié)合蛋白調(diào)控RNA加工的機(jī)制與功能。RNA加工是RNA成熟并發(fā)揮功能所必不可少的步驟,也是基因表達(dá)過程中的一個重要調(diào)控層面,在這一方向上的研究內(nèi)容主要包括:1. RNA結(jié)合蛋白調(diào)控mRNA可變剪接的分子機(jī)理研究;2. RNA結(jié)合蛋白在腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展中的機(jī)制與功能研究;3. 神經(jīng)發(fā)育紊亂中RNA與染色質(zhì)相互作用的調(diào)控機(jī)制研究等。
