  • 2001年獲武漢大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,2007年獲中科院上海生科院健康科學(xué)研究所博士學(xué)位,2008至2013年在美國安德森癌癥中心(MD Anderson Cancer Center)做博士后研究,并成為奧德賽學(xué)者(Odyssey Fellow)。2013年8月起擔(dān)任中科院生物化學(xué)與細胞生物學(xué)研究所研究員,研究組長,博士生導(dǎo)師。

    研究工作:
  • 腫瘤細胞的代謝重塑在腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展中發(fā)揮至關(guān)重要的作用。腫瘤細胞響應(yīng)功能基因突變和多變的環(huán)境因素,如營養(yǎng)物、生長因子、免疫細胞和飲食等,主動調(diào)節(jié)代謝途徑的通量、甚至改變特定途徑的走向,以滿足腫瘤細胞無限增殖所需的生物大分子合成原料、能量以及氧化還原穩(wěn)態(tài)。此外,特定功能基因的突變還會導(dǎo)致一些有活性的代謝中間產(chǎn)物異常累積,進而通過調(diào)控基因的表達和信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的激活加速腫瘤生長,并促進腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移和治療抵抗。只有充分解析這些過程才能發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤代謝重塑的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點,并轉(zhuǎn)化為新型癌癥治療手段。
