Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica (生物化學(xué)與生物物理學(xué)報(bào))是由中國科學(xué)院分子細(xì)胞科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心主辦的英文期刊，主要發(fā)表分子生物學(xué)，生物化學(xué)與生物物理領(lǐng)域的高質(zhì)量原創(chuàng)論文和綜述文章。ABBS于2022年轉(zhuǎn)型金色開放獲取出版，現(xiàn)因工作需要面向國內(nèi)外公開招聘全職科學(xué)編輯1名，工作地點(diǎn)為上海。

崗位職責(zé)：
(1)稿件初審、送審和撰寫審稿意見;
(2)與科學(xué)家交流，約寫綜述及高水平的研究論文等;
(3)撰寫學(xué)術(shù)新聞、英文宣傳材料等，在國內(nèi)外宣傳期刊等;
(4)主編和編輯部負(fù)責(zé)人交辦的其它工作。
應(yīng)聘條件：
(1)近年來獲得生物化學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、生物物理學(xué)或相近專業(yè)博士學(xué)位;有海外經(jīng)歷或者博士后經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先;
(2)在主流學(xué)術(shù)期刊上以第一作者身份至少發(fā)表過1篇研究論文;
(3)能及時(shí)跟蹤科研動(dòng)態(tài)，科研熱點(diǎn)，開展期刊策劃與宣傳工作;
(4)具有良好的中文和英文交流、寫作和編輯能力，熱愛科技編輯事業(yè)，有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí);
(5)身心健康，能穩(wěn)定工作。

Recruiting Position: Scientific Editor
Working Location: Shanghai, China
Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica (ABBS) is an internationally peer-reviewed gold open access journal sponsored by the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. ABBS aims to publish original research articles and review articles in the fields of Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology and Cell Biology. We are currently recruiting a full-time scientific editor to join the ABBS team in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:
1. Initial assessing of submitted papers, sending out for peer review, and summarizing review comments.
2. Communicating with scientists, and recruiting the high-level reviews and original articles.
3. Writing academic news, preparing English publicity materials, etc., and promoting the journal globally.
4. Providing immediate and satisfactory supports to the Editor-in-Chief and managing editor in all aspects of journal related work.
Preferred qualifications:
1. The expertise with a Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular genetics, biophysics or related areas. Overseas experience or post-doctoral experience will be preferred
2. At least one first-author publication in a well-known journal is required for applying for this position.
3. The ability to track scientific research trends/hotspots, to promote the journal independently.
4. A good command of Chinese and English in writing and editing, a keen interest in science and editorial work, and a good sense of responsibility and collaboration.
